1. Operator and contact

Street Derby is a mobile game produced and operated by Batiaaz Studios. References to “Batiaaz Studios”, “we”, “us” or the “Operator” mean the producer and operator of Street Derby.

2. The Street Derby service

Street Derby is a location-based mobile game for football supporters. It combines map actions, Stickers, territorial competition, minigames, player progression, rankings, crews, clubs, Tifo, Fever, Loot, Moments and Derby events.

The service includes the Street Derby mobile application, the streetderby.com website, player accounts and the online systems required to operate the game.

We may update, balance, add, restrict or remove features where justified by gameplay, security, technical operation, legal compliance or the development of the service. Changes do not limit rights granted to users by mandatory law.

3. Accounts and age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create and use a Street Derby account. If the law in your country requires a higher minimum age, that higher threshold applies.

An account can be created by email or through supported Google, Discord or Facebook login services. You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

An account is personal. You must not sell, transfer, lend or share it, impersonate another person, or use multiple accounts to obtain an unfair advantage.

4. Safe location-based play

You must always remain aware of traffic, your surroundings, weather, terrain, private property, venue rules and local law. Do not use Street Derby while driving a car, bicycle, scooter or other vehicle, or while crossing a road, railway or other hazardous area.

A point, Sticker, Hex, Loot item or other marker shown on the map does not grant permission to enter a real-world location. Do not enter private, closed, restricted, protected or dangerous property to reach an in-game objective.

Safety and lawful access always take priority over rewards, rankings, events and territory. If a location cannot be reached safely and legally, do not attempt to reach it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Batiaaz Studios is not responsible for harm resulting from a user’s unlawful conduct, lack of attention or entry into an unsafe or unauthorised location. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Fair play and prohibited conduct

Street Derby depends on fair competition. You must not manipulate the game, its location system, results, economy or technical infrastructure.

• Do not falsify GPS location, use mock-location tools, manipulate movement data or simulate impossible travel.
• Do not use bots, scripts, macros, modified clients, memory manipulation or other unauthorised automation.
• Do not exploit defects or vulnerabilities to obtain rewards, currency, rankings, territory or another unfair advantage.
• Do not reverse engineer or interfere with the application or network traffic except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not bypass access controls, attack infrastructure, access another person’s account or make unauthorised calls to restricted systems.
• Do not sell accounts, virtual currencies, items or services outside mechanisms expressly provided by Street Derby.

6. Community and user content

User content may include nicknames, crew names, Sticker designs, profile elements, messages and reports. You are responsible for content you submit and must hold the rights needed to use it.

Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, violence, hooliganism, organised fights, vandalism, sexual exploitation, unlawful activity or harassment is prohibited. Content must not infringe another person’s privacy, personal rights, copyright, trade marks or other rights. Spam, impersonation and unauthorised advertising are also prohibited.

By submitting content, you grant Batiaaz Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt and display it to the extent needed to operate, protect and present Street Derby. The licence lasts for as long as the content is used in the service, subject to any longer period required for backups, disputes or legal obligations.

Prohibited content can be reported in the application or at contact@streetderby.com. We may remove or restrict it and take proportionate action against an account that violates these Terms or the law.

7. Enforcement and appeals

Where there is a reasonable suspicion of cheating, unlawful activity, a security threat or a breach of these Terms, we may examine relevant account, gameplay, location and technical data.

Proportionate measures may include cancelling improperly obtained results or rewards, removing content, restricting map or ranking features, temporary suspension or termination of access. Where appropriate, we consider the nature, seriousness, frequency and consequences of the conduct.

You may contest a moderation or account decision by emailing contact@streetderby.com with your account identifier and reasons. A restriction may remain active until the review is completed where this is required to protect users or the service.

8. Virtual currencies, items and purchases

In the current version of the service, the game is completely free to use. Street Coins, DG Gold and other virtual currencies or points are earned solely through activity in the game; the micropayment feature is disabled.

Street Derby may include virtual currencies such as Street Coins and DG Gold, as well as equipment, Stickers, Moments, Tifo, Loot and other digital items. These elements grant a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use the relevant game features.

Virtual currencies and items are not legal tender, electronic money or financial instruments. They have no cash value outside Street Derby, cannot be cashed out and may not be sold or transferred outside a feature expressly provided by the game.

If real-money purchases are available, they are processed through the official Apple App Store or Google Play system. Prices, taxes, payment authorisation and platform refund procedures are also governed by the applicable store rules.

These Terms do not remove any statutory right of withdrawal, refund, remedy or conformity. A right of withdrawal for immediately supplied digital content may expire only where all legal conditions are satisfied, including any required prior express consent and acknowledgement. The digital nature of a purchase does not by itself constitute an automatic waiver of that right.

If randomised rewards are made available, information required by law or platform rules, including probabilities where required, will be presented in the relevant part of the service.

9. Intellectual property

The Street Derby name, software, interface, databases, text, graphics, characters, animations, audio, branding and original game assets are protected by intellectual-property law and belong to Batiaaz Studios or the relevant licensors.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Street Derby for private, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected Street Derby material without the permission of the relevant rights holder, unless permitted by law.

10. Availability, updates and liability

We take reasonable steps to keep Street Derby available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, failures, security incidents, platform restrictions or circumstances outside our reasonable control may interrupt the service.

We may adjust game balance, statistics, rewards, item properties and the virtual economy where reasonably needed to maintain fair and sustainable gameplay.

These Terms do not exclude or limit statutory consumer rights or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Complaints, ending use and account deletion

Complaints can be sent to contact@streetderby.com. Include the email address or identifier associated with the account, a description of the issue, relevant circumstances and the requested resolution. We respond within 14 days.

You may stop using Street Derby and request account deletion in the application’s account and security settings or by contacting us.

Deletion is transactional: it either completes in full or is rolled back if it cannot be completed safely. Completed deletion permanently removes access to the account and results in the loss of progress, rankings, unlocked items and unused currencies, subject to mandatory consumer rights and data that must be retained by law.

We may suspend or terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, cheating or a material threat to users or the service. Where required by law or reasonably possible, we will provide information about the reason and available appeal route.

If the Street Derby service is permanently discontinued, users will receive reasonable advance notice where practicable and required by law.

12. Governing law, disputes and changes

These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections granted by the law of the country in which you normally reside.

Consumers may use the courts and out-of-court complaint and redress procedures available under applicable national law. Information about consumer assistance in Poland is available from local or municipal consumer ombudsmen, consumer organisations and the competent public authorities.

We may amend these Terms for legal, security, technical or organisational reasons or to reflect changes to Street Derby. Material changes will be communicated in advance where required, and the current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
